3. Rental Agreement

  • By placing an order for rental equipment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement, including the rental period, fees, and responsibilities for the equipment.
  • A rental contract will be provided for each transaction, detailing the specific terms and conditions of the rental.

4. Use of Equipment

  • You agree to use the equipment in a safe and responsible manner, following all instructions and guidelines provided.
  • The equipment must only be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment for rental equipment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer.
  • Any additional charges incurred during the rental period, such as late fees or damage costs, will be billed to you.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental period to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental cost.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation.

7. Damage and Liability

  • You are responsible for any damage to the equipment during the rental period, beyond normal wear and tear.
  • You agree to cover the cost of repairs or replacement if the equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen while in your possession.
  • We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the equipment.

8. Return of Equipment

  • Equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time in the same condition as it was rented.
  • Late returns may incur additional fees as outlined in the rental agreement.

9. Termination of Service

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria.
